Privacy Policy

This is the most important part of this policy, so we put it first.

BebshaFlow holds two kinds of information, and we treat them differently.

Your information. This is information about you, the seller, and your account.

Your customers' information. When you record an order, you may enter your customer's name, phone number and delivery address. That information belongs to you and your customer, not to us. We store it and protect it on your behalf. We do not use it for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not contact your customers.

You are responsible for the customer information you enter. You should only enter information you are allowed to collect, and you should handle it in line with the law and with what your customers expect.

Information you give us

• Account details: your email address and password. Your password is stored in an encrypted form. We cannot see it.
• Profile details: your display name and business name, if you choose to add them.
• Your business data: the products, prices, costs, stock levels and orders you enter.
• Your customers' details: the names, phone numbers and delivery addresses you enter when recording an order.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage information: which pages you open and which actions you take inside the app, so we can understand what is useful and what is broken.
• Technical information: your browser type, device type and approximate location based on your internet connection, and the date and time of your visits.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for your national ID, passport, bank account or card details.
• We do not read your Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram messages.
• We do not track you across other websites.

We use this information to:

• create and secure your account
• show you your orders, stock, sales and profit
• send you service emails, such as a password reset link
• fix problems and improve the product
• understand which features sellers actually use
• contact you about your account or important changes to the service

We do not use your information, or your customers' information, for advertising.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other sellers.

We use a small number of service providers to run BebshaFlow. They process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else:

• Supabase — stores the database and manages login. Data is held on Supabase's servers.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the application.
• Google — currently delivers our service emails, such as password resets. We plan to move to a dedicated email provider.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect the safety of a person or the security of the service.

• Every seller's data is isolated from every other seller's data at the database level. One seller cannot see another seller's products, orders or customers.
• Connections between your device and BebshaFlow are encrypted.
• Passwords are stored in an encrypted form and cannot be read by us.
• Access to production systems is limited.

No online service can promise perfect security. If we ever discover a breach that affects your data, we will tell you.

• We keep your account data and business data for as long as your account is open.
• If you close your account, we delete your data within 90 days, except where we are required to keep records for legal reasons.
• Usage and technical information is kept for a shorter period and is not linked to your customers.

You can:

• see and correct your profile details at any time in Settings
• change your password at any time in Settings
• ask us for a copy of your data
• ask us to delete your account and your data

BebshaFlow is a business tool. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the product changes. If we make an important change, we will tell you by email or inside the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when this version was published.
